David Ayodele Owa, professionally known as Davayo is a music producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and live music producer based in Lagos, Nigeria. His extensive portfolio includes collaborations with renowned artists like Chris Brown, Wizkid, Adekunle Gold, Teni, Boj, Fatoumata Diawara, Bnxn, Pheelz and Ckay Notably, he has contributed as a touring bassist for Adekunle Gold and Tems. Adding to his creative endeavors, Davayo has undertaken a personal project titled "Color of Memories," a collaboration with the talented William Neal. Together, they form the duo known as Ayodele and the Lion. The essence of their musical creation is captured in an instrumental album, predominantly designed for sync licensing and relaxation purposes. This album has gained significant traction, amassing streams across various digital music platforms. Noteworthy among Davayo"s achievements is his collaboration as a Composer on the Chris Brown track "Call Me Everyday," featuring Wizkid. This remarkable collaboration earned a coveted Grammy nomination at the prestigious 2023 Grammy Awards. Additionally, Ayodele David's creative prowess extends to his role as the producer and co-writer of "Who Dey Shake" by Falana. This composition served as the theme soundtrack for the African fashion exhibition hosted at the renowned Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
